“Mary, Mother to whom God entrusted the undoing of the knots in the lives of His children, I entrust into your hands the ribbon of my life.”

I am a wife and mother who has been a counselor for the past 10 years. After receiving my BS degree in psychology with a minor in theology from Mount St. Mary’s University I desired to find a way to blend my faith with psychological practices. This desire led me to receive my MS in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola University.
I have experience both in clinical settings as well as school settings. I have experience working with families, with utilizing play therapy with children, as well as working with adolescents and individual adults. Recently, God has led me to seek out and receive specialized training for working with women in the perinatal period as well as women who have suffered through miscarriage. In 2020 I became certified in perinatal mental health.
For the past 5 years the bulk of my work has been with adolescents - helping them navigate an especially difficult time of development and aiding them to become the person God created them to be. I have also had the honor of walking with women through the beauty, as well as the struggles, that come with the pregnancy and postpartum period. All of this has been done through the lens of our rich Catholic faith.
I believe that to be fully healthy one must be healthy physically, spiritually, and emotionally. I would be humbled to aide you in your journey of undoing the knots in your life to reveal the you God created you to be.
